You can request up to 12 months of your smart meter data completely free of charge. This information is delivered in a secure, machine-readable format and can help you or a third party analyse energy usage.

To request your data, email us at datarequest@maxenpower.cwit.dev or reach out to your account manager. Our commitment is to respond within 10 working days, ensuring a smooth process to support your energy goals.
